When I founded Nextier Real Estate, my vision was simple: create the kind of brokerage I always wished existed.

Throughout my real estate career, I've worked in both residential and commercial real estate, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and business owners across a wide variety of transaction types. I've also had the opportunity to assist with complex commercial transactions, including a $20 million sale-leaseback, while gaining valuable experience alongside seasoned professionals in the industry.
As Principal Broker, my role extends beyond compliance and oversight. I'm committed to being a resource, mentor, and strategic partner for the agents who choose to build their careers with Nextier. Whether it's reviewing contracts, discussing negotiations, solving transaction challenges, or developing long-term business strategies, I believe broker support should be accessible, practical, and rooted in real-world experience.
