Nextier is currently considering experienced Florida real estate professionals who want greater access to their broker, individualized support and the opportunity to develop a broader real estate practice.

This is an independent contractor, commission-based opportunity. Agents are responsible for developing and maintaining their own business, relationships and professional pipeline. Nextier provides the brokerage platform, guidance and support to help qualified agents grow.

We are particularly interested in agents who:

• Hold an active Florida real estate license in good standing 
• Have meaningful real-world transaction experience 
• Are highly proficient with current FAR/BAR contracts, addenda, disclosures and transaction deadlines 
• Demonstrate strong client communication and transaction management skills 
• Are comfortable prospecting and developing their own business 
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards 
• Are coachable and receptive to constructive feedback 
• Have an interest in commercial real estate or expanding their existing commercial practice

Commission structure and brokerage fees are discussed individually with qualified candidates. Nextier's goal is to provide a structure that supports agent independence while allowing the brokerage to maintain the level of hands-on support and resources expected within a boutique environment.
